TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Courses must be paid in full within five working days, when you click the Book this Workshop button on the booking form

* Any cancellation by the client, must be made by Email and a phone call

* The date on which the email is received by Mike Leng Photography, will determine the cancellation charges applicable

• (a) 8-6 weeks before the workshop
  50% charge of the total price
• (b) 6-4 weeks before the workshop
  75% charge of the total price
• (c) 4 weeks or less before the workshop
  100% charge of the total price

* Mike Leng Photography does not accept responsibility for any loss of valuables, including camera equipment, during your workshop

* Clients should insure their own camera equipment.

* We are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years of age.

* Mike Leng Photography does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness to the person included in the online booking form. Unless caused to the person arising from the negligent act of Mike Leng Photography, you will be covered by our Liability Insurance.
